「CFRPって何？」CFRPとはCarbon Fiber Reinforced Plasticsの略で日本語に直すと炭素繊維強化プラスチックになります。ではまずCF（Carbon Fiber）＝炭素繊維がどのような物かと、言いますと、代表的な炭素繊維には２種類有りひとつはPAN系、もうひとつがピッチ系です。PAN系はポリアクリルニトリルが、ピッチ系は石油ピッチや石炭ピッチが原料になっています。PAN系の特色としては引張弾性率24ｔ～60ｔ、引張強度330～600kgf／mm2と主に中弾性・高強度となっており強度が高くしなやかな製品が多くなっております。密度は1.7～2.0くらいです。ピッチ系は引張弾性5.5ｔ～95ｔ、引張強度112～400kgf／mm2で主に高弾性品が多くなっております。密度は1.7～2.2くらいでPAN系に比べると密度がやや高くなります。 詳しくはお問い合わせ、もしくはカタログをダウンロードしてください。
